Questions
Do I need an account to use ChartChalk?
Not for the free plan. You only create one (email or Google) when you upgrade, so your Pro plan can follow you to other devices.
Does Pro upload my data?
No. Pro unlocks features; it does not move your chart anywhere. Your data stays in your browser on every plan. The account holds only your email address and your plan.
Can I cancel?
Any time, from the billing portal linked in the app. You keep Pro until the end of the period you have paid for.
Is the price per user?
Pro is £10 a month or £100 a year for one person, whatever the size of the organisation you chart. Annual billing works out at two months free.
How do I pay?
By card through Stripe. ChartChalk never sees or stores your card details.
