An Organimi alternative
Organimi is a hosted org chart platform: your people directory lives in its cloud and paid plans scale with headcount. ChartChalk works the other way round. The chart is built from your own spreadsheet inside your browser, nothing is uploaded, and Pro is a flat £10 a month whether you chart 30 people or 3,000.

Choose Organimi if…
- You want a hosted people directory that stays in sync with your HR system.
- Many admins need to maintain the chart together.
- You need a company directory with profiles, not only a chart.
Choose ChartChalk if…
- Your headcount is past a free tier and you do not want the price to grow with it.
- Employee data must not be uploaded to another vendor.
- Your org chart is really a sales structure, with territories and revenue attached.
Questions
How much does ChartChalk cost for a large organisation?
The same as for a small one. Pro is £10 a month or £100 a year for one person, and it does not change with the number of people on the chart.
Can I keep the chart up to date from my HR system?
Export the employee list from your HR system as CSV or Excel and drop it in. The chart is rebuilt from the file each time, so there is nothing to keep in sync and no integration to set up.
Where is my data stored?
In your own browser. ChartChalk has no server-side copy of your chart. That is also why there is no signup: there is nothing of yours for an account to hold.
