Questions

Can I see revenue per region?

Yes — that is what the rollup does. Each regional director’s box shows the recursive total of every account under them, so EMEA, AMER and APAC totals sit side by side without any manual maths.

How do I add a fourth region?

Add a person reporting to the global VP, give them a new PatchID, then re-parent the relevant reps onto them by dragging. The layout and every rollup update as you go.

Does it work with my own region names?

Yes. PatchID is just text — use whatever your business calls them. Non-standard column headers are auto-mapped too, so a CRM export usually loads without any configuration.
